General Information
- Starting time reservations may be secured 30 days in advance
- Credit cards are required to secure a starting time reservation
- 24 hour notice required for starting time cancellations
- (The credit card on hold will be charged the full green fee amount)
- Outside food and beverage not permitted on golf course
- Golf cars may use the 90 degree rule unless otherwise noted
- Golfers’ shirts must have collars, no denim allowed
Golfers with disabilities
Being compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Eagle Vines Vineyards and Golf Club wishes to make every accomodation necessary to assist our disabled members and guests enjoy their experience. The following are the guidelines for members and guests requiring a disability provision:
- The member/guest must check in with the golf shop, at which time the request will be made for the special provision
- The golf shop staff will, at that time, provide the member/guest with a blue disability flag to be clipped to the back of the golf car, making sure it is clearly visible
- This flag will allow the member/guest access to areas on the golf course not normally allowed
The following stipulations MUST be adhered to at all times:
- The member/guest may travel within no less than 30 feet of all putting surfaces, making every effort to keep the golf car off the closely mown area
- If a hole has been designated by the golf course superintendent as “car path only,” or is roped off in any way, golf cars must remain on the path at all times, no exceptions
- Golf cars will remain on the paths near all the tee boxes
- Golf cars are not allowed to cross the bridges leading to the 4th, 6th, and 14th hole putting surfaces
- If the golf course has been designated car path only due to weather or golf course maintenance, no special provisions will be granted
